Job Details
Purpose: As a UAS Assessor, your purpose will be understanding the needs and abilities of the client and guide the development of long term care services. Each assessment is an individualized care program evaluates multiple domains of function, health, social, and mental health support. These evaluations enable providers to give the right amount of care and services to the client.
Assessments: Each assessment will be conducted in-person and through virtual assessments throughout your designated geographic territory. Throughout the years, you will have the ability to reconnect with clients to reassess their needs and see how your work has positively impacted their life.
Schedule: The position is 35-40 hours/week. You will have the flexibility to schedule meetings based on the client's needs and designated time for administration/case completion and travel. You will conduct between 10-15 assessments/week.
