As a temporary employee, AltaStaff employs you.

As a direct-hire candidate, we do not employ you, but consult and guide you through the interview process. Once you find an opportunity, our client employs you and your paycheck and benefits will come from them.

No, there is no cost to the job candidate.

As a temporary associate, you will be paid weekly by AltaStaff based on the number of hours you worked at the rate per hour provided for your position.

As a direct hire, we are your career consultants at no cost to you. You will be paid the salary offered by your hiring employer.
