Our online, eOffice benefits our clients and our associates. In your eOffice, you can access and approve timesheets, download reports, submit orders, and review past performers 24/7 with an Internet connection.

Minimize Co-employment Risks

Co-employment is a situation when an employee is managed by two employers. Alta reduces the risk of co-employment because there is not gray area regarding their manager, employer, or pay source. AltaStaff associates work for AltaStaff and act as a contractor at your place of work.

To protect you, we ensure AltaStaff performs the following activities:

  1. Final hiring and termination(if required)
  2. Assign the temporary associate to the job
  3. Set associate pay rates, benefits, and policy and procedures 
  4. Negotiate with you, not the temporary, with regard to the nature and duration of work assignments, work hours, and conditions, etc.
  5. Maintain disciplinary duties
  6. Evaluate performance and provide counseling when necessary
